Description	Sleeps 6. A beautifully refurbished three bedroom detached bungalow with pleasant mature garden with views across Lamlash bay to the Holy Isle and ideally located with a short walk to both the village and to Lamlash Golf Course. The bungalow is available for a self catering holiday on The Isle of Arran and offers extremely comfortable accommodation and in an excellent location. ACCOMMODATION: Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including new fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, and microwave and washer/dryer machine. Also there is a covered drying area at the rear of the house. Ground floor family bathroom with 3 piece suite and an electric shower. Bedroom 1: Double bedded room. Bedroom 2: Double bedded room with free sat TV. and DVD. En -suite shower with newly updated shower, W.C. and pedestal basin. Lounge: Very comfortable room with two large leather sofas and reclining chair with stool .Free sat HD TV and DVD. Views over to the Holy Isle and doors through to the sun lounge. There are various books and helpful information about all aspects of Arran as well as telephone numbers and emergency contacts. A selection of board games as well as a fairly comprehensive collection of DVD’s is provided. Sun Lounge: Newly updated for 2010 season this room has been double glazed and a passage has been created to enable easy access to the kitchen and back door. Lovely views to the garden on three sides. A CD/Radio and easy chair is provided as well as a dining table and six chairs. stairs to Bedroom 3: single bedded room (Please note this room has been resvered for the owners items and may only be let by prior arrangement and is kept locked). Bedroom 4: A twin bedded room with a TV and DVD/Video provided .For children there is a selection of videos and DVD for their use. The property has Central Heating. Gardens: The property has a relatively flat garden with single detached garage and a covered storage area adjacent to the house. The driveway is gated and the garden is secure. Directions: From Brodick Pier turn left and proceed up the hill to Lamlash. Travel past the Golf Course and at the second Bus Stop pull in as Tigh - Na - Mara is on the left. Pets are welcome, however a fee of £25.00 is made for their holiday. Low Season £450.00 per week. Mid Season £550.00 per week. High Season £700.00 per week. School and Bank Holidays.
